Anyone out confirm that the I can maintain my level and unlocks moving form the PS3 version to PS4 and back again? Cross buy is not working! I bought on PS4 and cannot download the PS3 version and promised. This is a total scam! I preordered this game via PS4 and I should be able to download the PS3 version as well and it tells me I have to buy it again.

I completed the order on the ps3 up to the credit card info and it said in fact that it was going to charge it again. What a lie SONY! I preorder this game using my ps3 console but as of right now, each time I try to download the ps4 version it wants me to pay for it. Im trying to get my free version for my ps3, but it still wants me to pay for a whole new game, does anyone know how to get around this?
